In the past, we have received a number of questions from our customers. Hopefully, this FAQ page can be of some assistance.

How does the ordering process work?

What do you mean when you say “Within two business days?”
Our business days are Monday through Friday (Example: If we receive your order on Monday, your finished image will arrive on Wednesday).

The weekend (Saturday and Sunday) is not included in your turn around period (Example: If we receive your order on Thursday, your finished image will arrive on Monday).

What happens if I place my order after 5:00 PM?
Any orders received after 5:00 PM Pacific Time, will not be looked at until the following day.

The JPG image that I will be getting in my email, what size is it?
You will be receiving two image files. Both will have a resolution of 200 DPI, and will set for an 8” X 10” output.

One image will be for your regular 8” X 10” printout. The other image will be for a ½” thick, Gallery Wrap Canvas (Which is larger than your standard 8” X 10” printout).

Is 8" X 10" the only size that you offer?
Yes. With the 8" X 10" image, and with some adjusting, you should be able to go up to 16" X 20" or down to 5.6" X 7" (You'll loose .6" on your image for a 5" X 7" print).

NOTE: 8" X 10" is the ideal size that we suggest.

Can I order a Print, or Canvas on this site?
No, not at this time. We usually suggest to customers that they try Walmart. Walmart has a wide assortment of print items to choose from.

Also, your image is printer ready. And configured to print from your home printer, at the size of 8” X 10”.

Just make sure you select the image that has “PRINT,” in the description, and not ‘CANVAS.”

NOTE: If you plan on ordering a Canvas, use the image that has “CANVAS” in the description.

When I get my order, will I be able to print it from my printer?
Yes. Your image is printer ready. And configured to print from your home printer, at the size of 8” X 10”.

Just make sure you select the image that has “PRINT,” in the description, and not ‘CANVAS.”

NOTE: If you plan on ordering a Canvas, use the image that has “CANVAS” in the description.

Will I be able to view my Processed Image before accepting it?
Absolutely! Prior to sending your Processed Digital Image, we will email you a Proof Image for your review. The Proof Image will be protected by a watermark seal. The seal will be removed after your approval.

We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. And we will rework your image as many times until the necessary changes are properly made, within reason, to meet your instructions or guidelines. Please keep in mind that not all requirements or changes may be implemented to all images.

In some instances it may be necessary for C2C Media to replace or give a refund for a processed image. That will depend on many factors including the nature of your request.

Note: Any changes will be based on the original 8” X 10” sized image.
